Do you take only local orders?

NO! I take orders from anywhere and everywhere. If you can ship your milk/inclusions to me they can be returned with no issue.

How do I ship my milk/inclusions?

As this milk is not being consumed, there is no need to ship milk overnight or frozen. Once you place your order, instructions on shipment of your milk/inclusions will be forwarded to you!

How do I know it's really my milk?

As a breastfeeding momma myself (over 4 years strong) I understand this concern and also the importance of your very own special liquid gold (and other inclusions). It really comes down to trust. I keep all of my samples separated & labeled and I only work on one custom piece at a time to ensure there is no cross contamination of inclusions.

Can you make a stone for a setting I already have? 

YES! I am able to adapt to most any setting and create a custom stone for you! Please contact us to discuss all details! 

What is your processing time?
Processing times are entirely dependent on the setting and design that you choose. Typically from the day your inclusions have been received, it may take 6-8 weeks to complete a project. This time frame may of course be shorter depending upon your order. It is always best to send a message and discuss beforehand if you have any questions/concerns or need a rushed shipment. 

I'm interested in a setting for a different inclusion other than shown!? 

All settings can be used for any type of inclusions you desire! Breastmilk or memorial jewelry are NOT setting specific. 

I am interested in a particular design I don't see on your store. Can you do it? 

Yes, we work a LOT on custom products. Available products in shop are some of our most popular designs. If you have a particular setting in mind that you don't see, please just reach out and let's discuss! 

I am local and don't want to ship my milk/inclusions! 

That is absolutely okay! You are able to drop off your milk/inclusions directly to me with not additional charge (select free shipping at checkout for this and information will be sent after purchase). You can also select the local pickup/delivery option and I will coordinate with you to pick your milk or inclusion up from your home and deliver your order to you once it is complete!  I charge an additional $25 for this service.

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

As each piece is custom tailored and unique to you, we do not currently accept any refunds, returns or exchanges at any time once your order is placed.
